High pressure sales. Devices failing only just over a month after purchasing.
OmniShield service very poor and slow. Product is very expensive and high pressure sales doesnt end until you buy.
We were told the sensors would last 10 years on the battery. Just over a month and one Smoke detector battery failed and garage heat detector wouldnt update.
Tried to get service, said they would be there in 3 days, finally convinced them to show up almost 2 months later. Tried to some type of refund or return and they refused.
Do not let them in your home, their high pressure sales is difficult to deal with.

My carbon monoxide alarm goes off, this morning around 4am and last Friday around the same time. I had the propane checked Friday.
They found a leak and fixed it.
And checked the stove Friday. Then today I have them and come and check the pipe going.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
I was please to get a call from Chris Roberts the manufacturer of the Omnishield smoke,CO2 and water detectors because I was not please with the after sale service from the sales team member Corey Stewart. Chris Roberts has confirmed that my faulty CO2 sensor is still under warranty and has agreed to have it replaced today.
Replacement unit which is being delivered.

I left a review earlier because I hadn't heard from anyone and I had been trying to get in contact for a few days but I found out that it was because the area in Texas was hit with an ice storm
I feel good about the outcome that I got after customer service called me back and solved my problem and explained why it took so long for someone to get back with me which was because of the ice storm and they also sent me new batteries for my bed shaker.

In the meantime, we have diagnosed the issue as a low battery signal on the base station.
Please replace the batteries in the door portion of the BedShaker 520. The unit takes (3) Duracell DL123 Lithium Manganese Batteries. If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact your local dealer at the number we provided you.

I have a problem with the bed shaker keeps partially going off but everything checks out fine, and it shouldn't be this hard to contact someone in customer service, because I've been trying the phone and leaving messages but no return calls.

Last night at 2 in the morning, our base unit (where we test alarms) started chirping intermittently.
No other alarms went off, nor did any of our smoke/water/CO2 sensors kick off.
Why would the main base/tester chirp and nothing else happen?
- It is a nice alert system
- It is waaaay too expensive

Saved my life and 2 other people in our home.
The biggest thank you I could ever give goes to Tom Noah and our OmniShield CO2 detector for saving 3 lives tonight. At 12:30 am this morning we were awaken with our alarms going off as we had a furnace that had a CO2 leak.
I called Steve Dulin, our HVac provider and friends, he instructed me to turn the furnace off and get the windows open and came to our house to be here when Black Hills gas company showed up to make sure gas was off to that furnace. Thank goodness we have another furnace that will keep us warm until we get it replaced. It was very stressful to say the least as my Tom is not mobile right now, but Steve and the Black Hills man made sure we are safe and can stay in the house after it was aired out. Our furnace has a shutoff switch that should have worked in this situation, but it didnt, but our OmniShield detector did its job and set off all the alarms to warn us way ahead of time.
Without that detector this could have been a different story. God has different plans for us! Please make sure your CO2 detector is by your gas furnace and your hot water heater and it works!
And while youre at it check your smoke detectors! Thank you for the product that saved 3 lives tonight!

Its not responding to device to alert us. If there is an alarm going off weve tried every number and website we can possibly find and weve gotten help

Thank you for notifying us. From your review, we can see that you are possibly a disgruntled employee or contractor who has a grievance with a company that offers our product to their customers. As you should know, we are the factory that builds the product sold by the local independent authorized dealer. Of course, we would like to help you resolve any disagreement over pay that you might have. Upon investigating, we found that the distributor is finding it difficult to contact and converse with you. However, we will not give up on the effort. Of course, the normal relationship is a guarantee for a certain amount of demonstrations and then commission above that. However, we are awaiting the documentation to review of the work performance. We have hundreds of satisfied marketers, salespeople and installers within our global network of independent authorized dealers and there are many different ways they run their businesses depending on the nation, province, state or territory they reside. As we get more information, we will work to resolve the issue. In the meantime, we would suggest you communicate with the dealer and recognize that is who the relationship is with and any miscommunication is as well.

Konrad is a jerk. Totally dishonest as to job expectations and didn’t live up to his quota.
Not paid a dime for over a month of work driving to Quesnel and Kamloops. They say that youre gonna do 50 demonstrations and make a base salary and then they dont pay you anything.
